How to Install jemboss software package in Debian 8 (Jessie)

jemboss software package provides graphical user interface to EMBOSS, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install jemboss

jemboss is installed in your system.

Make ensure the jemboss package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep jemboss *

You will get with jemboss package name, version, architecture and description in a table
